Well Spell. Exploit nearest corpse to create a Well of Deathly Rest for 5..20 seconds. All non-ally corpses in this well cannot be the target of any ressurection skill, and all foes inside the well have 33% less benefit from healing.

Pretty spiffy, eh?

Even if youd slap Elite tag on it, make it deny allies rezing too, and even remove the 33% heal benefit from it I still see something about it that makes it overpowered.
Good idea for a well overall, but changing it to something like resurrecting takes 2x longer or something and it might be a go skill.

So basically a well version of frozen soil? Maybe with some tweaks. Not sure what to tweak though

It's not worth being an elite skill, and having no effect other than anti-res as a well makes it irrelivant. Look at Well of Scilence. Before an update, any character without a chant or shout could just stand in it unaffected, so they added some Degeneration to it.

So, two different options here:

1) Make it 2.5x ressing time, or
2) Increase recharge to 30 seconds

HOW IS THIS OVER POWERED...

seriously i find this almost worthless, FS is good because it is a global effect but seriously just in a well area of effect not really that big a deal... also you could overide it with the same overrides as fs, ie: Lively WAs Naomi.

but i guess it could be concived as being a bit over powered... but really no big deal.
